Purpose:
Create events and ensure that results are captured accurately.
Essential Functions:
· Must be able to adjust betting accordingly for all manually loaded events and ensure that the client gets the best and right price at that time.
· Remove or close events or markets that are not available for betting.
· Researching and capturing of all results. Must ensure that no late bets were taken. Ensure that all Betradar results are correct, and that incorrect scratchings are cancelled and resulted accordingly.
· Able to add a new sport and create new tournaments on the system. Ensure that all data is captured correctly and all times and prices are correct. Correct Match Times are of paramount importance as they have a direct impact on Profit / Loss of the company.
· Making sure that no bets / bet types can be manipulated by other staff (branch counter clerks) or internet users. Disallow related (connected bets) to be wagered.
· Carrying out administrative duties, using Turfsport. Ensure that all current and future sports fixtures are available for betting on time.
· Confident to release all events loaded for betting (Branches, Internet and Mobile). Ensure that data is correct on the website (Main site and Mobi site).
· Must be able to use the admin page and understand everything on the manual provided.
· Laying all types of bets over the phone and following proper procedure when handling a call and / or assisting a client.
· Refer clients to the relevant department and follow up to ensure that the client is assisted.
· Attend to all customer queries and complaints.
· Assist cash branches with any customer related queries and must be able to follow up and resolve the matter.
· Must be able to use all live chat canned responses accordingly and help clients on live chat.
· Making sure that all team IDs and coupons on the fixture are working.
· Making sure that all weekly and monthly promotions are available on the fixture.
· Ensuring that the fixture is updated on the website for clients to upload and that the actual fixture is up to date and have current and future events only.
· Linking banners and matches to the relevant event so that clients can access them easily.
· Compiling the schedule for Traders and Admin staff of all LIVE events for the week. Ensuring that this is updated when necessary.

Requirements: Experience, Education and Other:
· Grade 12 (matric certificate required);
· Tertiary education (an advantage);
· 2 years’ experience in a similar role is preferred;
· Previous experience in a betting company (an advantage).
