Position Summary:
We are seeking professional security officers, to protect the assets of the property including guests and staff. The person appointed will maintain a high standard of visibility presence and prevent any illegal or inappropriate action. The main goal is to detect, deter, delay deploy and report immediately.
Main Responsibilities
- Protect the company property and staff by maintaining a safe and secure environment.
- Ensure the safety of our guest, visitors and their property and assets.
- Ensure that no unauthorised/ unwanted persons seeking admission to the Estate/Farm.
- Ensure proper recording of movement of all persons, vehicles and goods entering the Estate/Farm.
- Ensure that all persons seeking admission to the Estate/Farm are courteously received and assisted.
- Ensure that all security related request, complaints and occurrences are properly recorded.
- Maintain a high standard of personal hygiene and appearance.
Main requirements
- Security officers must be PSIRA registered.
- Minimum Grade C qualification.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in industry.
- Contactable reference.
- Good communication skills.
- Need to work shifts.
- Clear criminal record.
- SARS registered
- Green barcode ID or ID card
