Asara Wine Estate and Hotel situated in Stellenbosch has the above position available.
Our ideal candidate is experienced in 5-Star Service Ambassitor, well-presented, well-spoken, and very detail-orientated. He or she can work in a structured and organised way and with a hands-on approach in a calm, focused manner. Own Transport essential.
DUTIES will include (but not be limited to):
1. Guest Service (Attract, Retain and Grow)
2. Attention to detail
3. People skills - good communicator, can read body language, open minded etc
4. Sustainability
5. Passionate about the hospitality industry
6. Wine knowledge & food Knowlege
SKILLS
- Excellent communication skills (Verbal and Written)
- Excellent command of English, additional international foreign language advantageous
- Leadership skills
- Experience in hotel software and Microsoft Office
- Detail-orientated & accurate
- Ability to multitask and prioritize.
- Calm under pressure!
