Role: Sales Development Representative (SDR)

We are seeking a driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to accelerate growth by identifying, engaging, and qualifying high-value prospects within the software testing and quality engineering space. The role focuses on strategic outreach, engaging technical and business stakeholders, and contributing to pipeline generation and revenue growth.
- Identify and research target accounts across key sectors (financial services, retail, healthcare, telecom) in the UK & Europe
- Execute multi-channel outreach (email, LinkedIn, phone) to engage decision-makers
- Craft compelling messaging around testing solutions (test automation, performance testing, AI-driven QA)
- Book meetings with senior stakeholders and uncover software delivery and QA challenges
- Qualify leads based on client environments (Agile, DevOps, CI/CD) and pass high-potential opportunities to Sales Directors
- Maintain CRM accuracy, track KPIs, and monitor pipeline performance
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and technical teams to align messaging and targeting
- Stay informed on industry trends and contribute to outreach strategies and playbooks
- 2+ years of SDR or B2B sales experience in software services, SaaS, or IT consulting
- Proven ability to generate pipeline within enterprise or mid-market accounts
- Strong communication and consultative selling skills
- Ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders
