Job Description
- Good Call Centre Sales / Direct Sales experience
- Fluent in English – written and spoken
- Call Centre Sales / Direct Sales experience, preferably with a Financial Sector background.
✓ At least 24 months of work experience in a Sales / Call Centre environment.
✓ Matric / equivalent
✓ Good command of English.
✓ Excellent telephone etiquette / sales closer
✓ Excellent interpersonal skills.
✓ Highly sales-driven individuals / self-motivated / driven by financial success
✓ Strong character to close on provided leads.
**Key Responsibilities / Duties:**
✓ To facilitate the client onboarding process.
✓ To convert supplied leads of already interested clients into existing clients.
✓ To utilize strong sales techniques to aggressively close leads and meet targets.
✓ To provide exceptional service from beginning to end.
✓ To deliver the most stable and reliable client experience possible.
Salary is market-related – negotiable
- Basic salary (plus) R7 000
- Unlimited incentives for top sales agents
- Uncapped commission structure on a sliding scale
