We are in search of an individual with a proven track record as a clinical nursing facilitator for a medical staffing agency. The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications, skills, and experiences:
Key Roles & Skills:
- Engaging with clients across Private, Public & Homecare sectors.
- Diligent reporting & documentation.
- Overseeing and updating care blueprints.
- Proficient administrative acumen.
- An analytical eye for details.
- Exceptional patient care background.
- Proactive risk management.
- Comprehensive understanding of client requisites.
- Stellar communication abilities with a penchant for fostering robust relationships.
- Organized, with an aptitude for multitasking.
- Analytical problem-solving prowess.
- Possession of a valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
Mandatory Qualifications:
- Degree/Diploma in Nursing.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Diploma in Nursing Education.
- Specific unit certificates/diplomas as relevant (e.g., Emergency Centre, Operating Theatre, Critical Care Unit).
Fundamental Experience:
- Minimum 2 years in a Clinical Role as a professional nurse.
Valuable Experience:
- 1-2 years as a peer mentor.
- 1-2 years in a capacity as a workplace evaluator.
Important Note:
This role is based in JHB and requires working 3 days a week. The candidate must have a car and be willing and comfortable to travel across Gauteng and the North West Province.
