AAH Construction is seeking an experienced Construction Supervisor to oversee daily site operations, coordinate workers and subcontractors, and ensure that construction, building maintenance, and plumbing-related works are completed safely, on time, and according to required quality standards.
The successful candidate must have strong site supervision experience, good leadership skills, and the ability to manage teams, materials, timelines, and site compliance effectively.
Minimum Requirements
Applicants must meet the following minimum requirements:
- Minimum 6 years’ experience as a Construction Supervisor or in a similar site supervision role
- Experience in construction, building maintenance, and plumbing-related works
- Strong knowledge of site operations, construction methods, quality control, and health and safety requirements
- Ability to supervise site teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and general workers
- Good communication, planning, reporting, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and work instructions
- Computer literacy will be an added advantage
- Relevant construction qualification will be an added advantage
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily construction, maintenance, and plumbing-related site activities
- Ensure work is completed according to project specifications, drawings, timelines, and quality standards
- Coordinate site workers, subcontractors, suppliers, and materials
- Monitor site progress and report to the Project Manager or management team
- Ensure health and safety compliance on site
- Conduct quality checks and identify defects or non-compliance
- Assist with site planning, resource allocation, and work scheduling
- Maintain proper site records, attendance registers, and progress reports
- Resolve site issues and escalate risks where required
