Rhode Heating and Cooling (Pty) Ltd is looking for a highly experienced, professional and target-driven Call Centre Agent with Reception Skills to join our busy office team.
This position is suited to someone who is confident on the phone, well-spoken, organised, and able to turn enquiries into confirmed bookings and sales. The successful candidate must have a strong sales background, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to handle reception and admin duties in a fast-paced environment.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 5 years’ call centre, telesales or sales experience
- Proven winning sales track record
- Strong ability to close deals and secure bookings
- Excellent telephone etiquette
- Strong reception and customer service skills
- Must be confident, professional and well-spoken
- Must be able to work under pressure and meet targets
- Computer literate
- Experience using CRM systems will be advantageous
- Good admin and follow-up skills
- Reliable, punctual and well-presented
- Must be based within reasonable travelling distance of Table View / Cape Town
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Make outgoing calls to existing and potential customers
- Convert enquiries and leads into confirmed bookings
- Follow up with customers professionally and consistently
- Answer incoming calls and handle reception duties
- Manage customer queries and provide accurate information
- Book appointments and update customer records
- Maintain clear notes and follow-up records on the system
- Assist with general office administration
- Work closely with management and the operations team
- Meet daily and weekly call and sales targets
The Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a confident communicator who enjoys speaking to people, understands sales, and knows how to close a deal. You must be disciplined, target-driven and able to work independently without constant supervision.
This is not just a receptionist position. We are looking for someone who can actively generate business, follow up properly, and help drive sales growth for the company.
Salary
Salary will be discussed based on experience and proven sales ability.
