We are seeking a Junior Sales Representative with a strong technical background to join our Johannesburg team. This role is ideal for someone who understands technology, enjoys working with clients, and is looking to grow their career in technical sales within a structured and rewarding environment.
Role Overview
As a Junior Tech Sales Representative, you will support the sales process by combining technical knowledge with client engagement. You will work closely with both the technical and support teams to ensure clients receive the right solutions for their needs.
Key Responsibilities
· Assist with selling Zamatrack’s software and hardware solutions
· Engage with new and existing clients to understand their requirements
· Support product demonstrations, installations, and on-site client visits
· Provide technical insight during the sales and on boarding process
· Liaise with technical teams to ensure smooth client implementation
· Maintain strong client relationships and after-sales support
Key Requirements
· Technical knowledge and background (essential)
· Ability to understand, explain, and present technical solutions to clients
· Technical tertiary education will be advantageous
· Computer literate
· Familiarity with mobile tools and applications
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
· Good problem-solving ability
· High attention to detail
· +2 years sales experience
+ 1 year experience in a technical or technical support environment will be advantageous
-A driver’s licence is required. Non-negotiable.
A company cell phone, laptop and vehicle allowance will be provided.
Remuneration:
Three month probation.
Kindly note that this is a junior position.
Pay: R10 000,00 - R15 000,00 per month
