With 25 retail branches nationwide and further expansion in the future, we are seeking confident and highly motivated individuals with a serious passion for sales! Experience in cold calling, call centre experience, generating and handling of leads, Insurance Industry or any commission-based selling experience where targets had to be achieved would be a plus for the applicant. Further to this, one will need the following:
· Sales Managerial and Communication Skills
. Have the ability to reach KPI’s/Targets
· Computer Literate
· Friendly and engaging, being able to interact comfortably with people
· Driven/Ambitious and highly motivated, and a good negotiator
· Enjoys a challenge and is prepared to write your own cheque
Responsibilities:
Promotional Work and reaching targets set by Management
Following up on leads generated and booking appointments
Retail operations, if needed
Lab Work [Training will be given]
Possess the ability to achieve KPIs and targets while successfully closing sales.
Preferably available immediately
Own Transport is an advantage
Valid Driver's Licence
Salary: Basic Salary between R 10 000.00 and R 15 000.00 [depending on experience] plus an excellent commission incentive package.
Pay: R10 000,00 - R15 000,00 per hour
