WE’RE HIRING – Junior Manager
We are looking for a dynamic, hands-on Junior Manager to join our team and support the daily running of both the SPAR and TOPS stores.
Key responsibilities include:
- Overseeing TOPS weekly orders, promotions, merchandising & front end
- Ensuring Food Safety, OHASA & Operational Standards are followed
- Completing daily operational and compliance checklists
- Supporting both stores to pass all internal & external audits
- Ensuring the SPAR Operational Checklist is consistently met

- Eager to learn, grow and take responsibility
- Able to work in a fast-paced retail environment
