Shrike Marine manufactures handmade application-specific cables. Cable assembly is complex and critical to end use in industries including defence and aviation.
The job entails tasks such as wiring, component installation, hand soldering and cable harnessing on assembly units.
You will be required to:
- Build, repair, and modify cable assemblies of high quality.
- Read and work from manufacturing drawings and schematics, bills of materials, and diagrams to assemble cables and wire harnesses.
Previous experience as assembler in a similar environment is an advantage.
Requirements:
- IPC/WHMA-A-620 qualification preferred
- Must have matric as a minimum
- Must have unendorsed driver’s license
- Must be prepared to work overtime on occasions
