Tsebo Beverages is seeking a highly organised and customer-focused Administrator to support the daily operations of the business. The successful candidate will be responsible for administrative coordination, financial recordkeeping, client service, inventory management, invoicing, and supporting operational activities to ensure the smooth running of the department.
This role requires an individual with strong financial literacy, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high levels of accuracy and customer service.

- Log, monitor, and attend to client service calls and requests.
- Maintain professional and positive client relationships.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and customer queries efficiently.
- Assign job cards and allocate tasks to operational teams.
- Prepare and update operational records, reports, and checklists.
- Assist with completing all administrative returns.
- Attend meetings and training sessions as required.
- Process month-end billing accurately and within deadlines.
- Invoice tea station cost centres and clients.
- Prepare, collate, and distribute invoices and statements.
- Maintain financial records, databases, and filing systems.
- Assist with financial statement preparation and analysis.
- Ensure accurate financial reporting and recordkeeping.
- Place orders with suppliers and track deliveries.
- Monitor stock levels and maintain inventory records.
- Conduct stock ordering and stocktaking activities.
- Ensure accurate recording of goods received and issued.
- Support stock rotation and secure storage practices.
- Assist with the day-to-day management of staff as the second-in-charge when required.
- Support the Manager with operational administration and take initiative in their absence.
- Foster effective communication and teamwork within the business unit.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and safety requirements.

- Minimum 3–5 years' experience in an administrative role.
- Previous experience in a hospitality, catering, beverages, or services environment will be advantageous.
- Grade 12 – Essential.
- National Diploma or Certificate in Administration, Business Administration, or a related field – Advantageous.
- Advanced Microsoft Office/Excel training or certification – Advantageous
