PURPOSE OF POSITION
The position is primarily responsible to ensure that the operational aspects, duties and responsibilities of the branch are properly adhered to.
REQUIREMENTS
· Minimum 2 years Operations experience
· Computer literacy
· Knowledge of Ram Management System
· Good Knowledge of Retail and Face to Face Delivery procedures
· Reliable transport to get to work
· Willing to work shifts if and when the need arise
· Fluent in English and be able to Read and Write and speak
· Basic understanding of the Handheld device and the various functions
KEY OUTPUTS
· Lodging and clearing and prepping of Airfreight Cargo
· Understand the completion of Air waybills
· Accurate Dispatching of Cargo – Retail and Corporate
· Saturday Overtime duties on Rotational Basis
· In Hub Stock Scan processes via Ram Management System
· Admin Functions with regards to Leave application forms
· Late Duty Roster – Non delivery assessments
· Retail/Corporate Route assessments
· Assist Couriers with address related queries
· Consign parcels on Ram Management System
· Receiving and Balancing of Freight
· Dispatching of Local or Redirect Freight
