Driving Instructor – Sam’s Driving Academy
Sam’s Driving Academy is looking for an experienced, reliable and professional Driving Instructor to join our team.
Requirements & Responsibilities:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as a driving instructor.
- Must have a valid driver’s licence and relevant instructor credentials.
- Strong knowledge of the K53 driving test requirements and marking system.
- Must be punctual, reliable and professional when dealing with students.
- Provide practical driving lessons according to Sam’s Driving Academy training standards.
- Assess students’ driving ability and identify areas requiring improvement.
- Complete and update a progress report after every lesson.
- Keep accurate records of all lessons completed by assigned students.
- Prepare students for their driving tests, including parking, road training and test-route preparation.
- Communicate clearly with students regarding their progress and readiness for their test.
- Follow lesson schedules and manage assigned students responsibly.
- Maintain professional communication with students, parents and the Sam’s Driving Academy team.
- Take proper care of any company vehicle allocated to you.
- Follow all company safety, vehicle and operational procedures.
Preferred Candidate:
We are looking for someone who is patient, responsible and passionate about helping students become safe and confident drivers. Previous professional driving-instructor experience is required.
