- Promote the company’s accredited and non-accredited training programmes.
- Distribute flyers, brochures and other promotional material.
- Approach individuals, businesses, schools and community organisations.
- Explain course content, entry requirements, duration, fees and available training dates.
- Generate and record prospective learner and corporate-client leads.
- Follow up with interested clients and assist with registrations.
- Promote public courses, corporate training and customised workplace programmes.
- Conduct telephone, email, social-media and face-to-face marketing.
- Attend exhibitions, career fairs, community events and promotional campaigns.
- Assist with arranging presentations and meetings with prospective clients.
- Maintain accurate daily records of enquiries, leads, follow-ups and registrations.
- Submit daily and weekly promotional activity reports.
- Work towards agreed lead-generation, registration and revenue targets.
- Maintain professional conduct and represent the company positively.
- Ensure that all promotional information provided to clients is accurate.
- Protect confidential client and company information.
- Support general marketing and administrative activities when required.

RequirementsMinimum requirements
- Grade 12 or equivalent qualification.
- Previous promotion, sales, marketing or customer-service experience is advantageous.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Confident, professional and comfortable approaching prospective clients.
- Basic computer and social-media skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets.
- Knowledge of training services or skills-development programmes is advantageous.
- A valid driver’s licence and access to reliable transport may be required.
Pay: R4 837,12 - R6 000,00 per month
