As a Junior Sales Lead Warmer, your primary responsibility will be to contact potential customers, introduce our services, qualify their interest, and schedule appointments for our sales team. No hard selling is required—you'll simply be the first point of contact, creating a positive customer experience and identifying warm opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact prospective clients using provided leads.
- Introduce the company's products and services in a professional and engaging manner.
- Ask qualifying questions to determine customer interest.
- Generate and nurture warm leads for the sales team.
- Schedule appointments or callbacks for Sales Consultants.
- Accurately capture customer information and update the CRM system.
- Meet daily and weekly call and lead generation targets.
- Follow up with potential customers where required.
- Maintain a positive, professional, and customer-focused approach at all times.
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 (Matric).
- Previous experience in telesales, customer service, call centre, or lead generation is advantageous but not essential.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Confident telephone etiquette.
- Computer literate (Microsoft Office and CRM systems are advantageous).
- Strong listening and interpersonal skills.
- Goal-driven with a positive attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
