This is an exciting opportunity to own our bookings pipeline, manage key client relationships, and drive revenue growth for our premium event and performer booking services.

They will bring strong administrative discipline, a genuine understanding of the entertainment product, and the client-service instincts to match.

Since 2012, we have established ourselves as a premium service provider in the events and hospitality sector, distinguished by our specialisation in AV & Tech and Sound & Lighting solutions. Our exclusive partnership with a respected roster of artists, DJs and performers sets us apart in the industry, enabling us to deliver comprehensive, high-calibre bespoke experiences.
Recognised for our innovative, trend-setting approach and uncompromising commitment to excellence, we have become a trusted market leader. Our accomplished team consistently exceeds client expectations, and our sustained growth reflects both our reputation and the increasing demand for our services.
As we continue to expand, we are seeking an experienced Entertainment Sales Executive to join our dynamic organisation and support our ongoing success.
About the Role
As Entertainment & Event Services Sales Executive, you will own our office-based bookings and sales pipeline, manage a portfolio of high-value accounts, and serve as the primary point of contact for clients and artists alike. You will work within clearly defined KPIs set by the founder and COO, with the support of a direct sales report. Your role bridges account management, artist coordination, and revenue optimisation — ensuring seamless service delivery and a client experience that reflects our brand standards.
This is a fully office-based role. We are looking for someone who thrives in a structured, fast-paced environment and brings the administrative rigour, product knowledge, and interpersonal polish this seat demands.

- Forward complex briefs to senior management with full qualifying information.
- Conduct random quality checks on outbound client correspondence to maintain communication standards.
- Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients across both B2B and B2C segments.
Proposal & Quote Generation
- Ensure 90% of informal proposals meet company standards, including fees, artist bios, set lists, technical riders and event customisation details.
- Generate and send formal quotes, invoices and contracts within 12–24 hours of client confirmation via Zoho CRM.
- Confirm quote values are accurate, with particular attention to multi-day or high-complexity events.

Revenue Growth & Upselling
- Identify and pursue upselling opportunities in at least 30% of enquiries (additional artists, premium packages, equipment hire).
- Achieve a minimum 20% conversion rate on upselling suggestions.
- Track conversion rates from lead to closed won/lost and report on trends to the founder/COO on an agreed cadence.
- Suggest upselling opportunities based on pipeline patterns and support improvement of follow-up communication quality.
Financial & Payment Tracking
- Track 100% of client deposits and update payment status daily.

About the Ideal Candidate
You are a detail-oriented, client-focused sales professional who thrives in a structured, office-based environment. You have a genuine love for the entertainment or hospitality world and understand the nuances of high-end bookings, artist relations and client expectations. You are organised, responsive and CRM-disciplined — someone who takes pride in a clean pipeline and zero dropped balls.
You may have come from a boutique hotel reservations team, a talent or entertainment agency, a venue events office, or a similar client-facing, bookings-driven environment. You are comfortable managing competing priorities without losing sight of deadlines or quality, and you communicate with confidence whether you’re dealing with a nervous client, a last-minute artist change, or an internal handover.
You do not need to have managed a large team — but you are reliable, accountable, and set a high standard for yourself and those around you.
What We Offer
- Competitive base salary of R18,500–R25,000 per month, commensurate with experience.
- Performance-based bonus structure tied to KPI achievement and bookings targets.
- Opportunity to support and develop a direct sales team member.
- Exposure to high-profile artists and premier event clients across the Western Cape and beyond.
- Professional development and growth opportunities in a thriving, fast-paced industry.
- A fully office-based role with a structured, collaborative team environment.
