Job Overview:
The Group Junior Events Coordinator will assist in planning, organising, and executing events across our restaurant group. This role is perfect for someone with a passion for event planning and a desire to grow their career in the hospitality industry. Additionally, the role will require doubling as a hostess when needed, ensuring a seamless guest experience throughout.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the coordination of events, including private parties, corporate functions, and special occasions.

Work closely with the senior events coordinator to ensure all event details are executed flawlessly.

Meet with clients to understand their needs, provide support during event planning, and ensure their expectations are met.

Handle event-related invoicing, ensuring accuracy and timely submission to clients.

Coordinate with internal teams, including kitchen, service staff, and management, to ensure smooth event operations.

Manage event-related administrative tasks such as scheduling and budgeting.

Provide on-site support during events to ensure everything runs according to plan.

When required, perform hostess duties to welcome guests, manage reservations, and ensure a positive guest experience.
Qualifications:

Previous experience in event coordination or hospitality is preferred but not required.

Strong organisational and multitasking skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple events simultaneously.
