Team Leader Based in Umlazi
Key Responsibilities and Deliverables1. Application Pipeline & Target Management
- Monitor and track daily/weekly personal loan application and lead acquisition targets by closely auditing consultant activity data across geographic micro-markets.
- Launch, communicate, and support targeted loan-acquisition initiatives and promotional campaign cycles across designated activation nodes to drive consumer interest.
- Continuously gather intelligence on field-level execution barriers, customer hesitation patterns, and site-access issues, rapidly deploying tactical adjustments to secure high application completion rates.
2.Relationship Management
- Cultivate and maintain high-level relationships with corporate entities, commercial enterprises, and local employers to secure site access, enabling activation teams to promote personal loan solutions to both business employees and the general public.
- Optimize the team's visual layout, presentation, and physical placement within high-footfall spaces to unlock maximum consumer engagement.
- Monitor and report back on competitor product offerings, field tactics, or matching credit promotions running in the local market.
4. Field Administration & Performance Reporting
- Deliver structured weekly feedback reports, team registers, and data-capture metrics back to the Field Manager.

2-3 years Operations experience in a Field Marketing structure/sales experience in a related Banking environment
