Key Responsibilities:
- Provide Exceptional Visitor Care: Ensure each guest has a personalized and unforgettable experience.
- Engage Effectively: Use excellent verbal communication skills to interact with diverse groups and the public.
- Collaborate Actively: Be a proactive team member, contributing to the overall success of the Visitor Experience.
- Perform Stewarding Duties: Manage tasks such as ticket checking, directing visitors, and maintaining cleanliness. Assist in the Ticket Office with ticket purchases, visitor guidance, and maintaining product knowledge if trained.
Requirements:
- Location: Must reside in the Franschhoek/Paarl area and be willing to commute.
- Language: Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
- Education: Must possess a Matric Certificate.
- Experience: Previous experience in the Tourism, Hospitality, or Wine sector is essential.
- Qualifications: Tourism Guide Qualification or Wine Qualification is advantageous.
- Availability: Willingness to work on weekends and public holidays as required.
