Position: Financial Advisor

Role
We are seeking experienced and qualified Financial Advisors to join a dynamic and growth-focused environment. This role is suited to professionals who are driven, client-centric, and capable of building and maintaining a sustainable book of business.
Minimum Requirements
Successful candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Matric (Grade 12)
- Successfully completed Class of Business examination
- Successfully completed RE5 examination
- CFP® (Certified Financial Planner) or equivalent qualification
- (NQF Level 6 with minimum 20 credits)
- Currently registered with the Financial Sector Conduct Authority (FSCA) as a full representative
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a financial advisor/representative
- Proven experience in providing financial advice and intermediary services
- Own reliable transport and a cell phone (non-negotiable)

- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Ability to close deals and generate new business
- Entrepreneurial mindset with high levels of initiative
- Ability to work independently and manage own pipeline
- Basic to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office
Key Responsibilities

Business Development
- Prospecting and acquiring new clients
- Closing new business opportunities
- Maintaining and growing an existing client base
Financial Planning & Advisory
- Develop and present tailored financial planning solutions
- Provide holistic financial advice aligned to client needs
- Build and manage long-term professional client relationships
Client Analysis & Implementation
- Gather and analyse client financial information
- Define financial objectives with clients
- Implement suitable financial strategies and solutions
- Monitor and review financial plans on an ongoing basis
