We are looking for an energetic, commercially minded marketing professional who is passionate about retail, community engagement and creating exceptional customer experiences that deliver measurable business results.
The successful candidate will work closely with shopping centre management, retailers, and Emerge Marketing's specialist support teams to develop and execute innovative marketing strategies that increase foot traffic, strengthen retailers' performance, and position the shopping centre as the preferred destination within its community.

Skills Required Strategic marketing planning and campaign development Retail and shopping centre marketing experience Strong commercial and business acumen Event planning and activation management Digital marketing and social media management Budget planning, financial management and reporting Excellent project management and organisational skills Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management Retailer engagement and merchant relations Community engagement and partnership development Market research, competitor analysis and customer insights Public relations and media liaison Excellent written and verbal communication skills Presentation and facilitation skills Negotiation and supplier management Problem-solving and decision-making abilities Strong leadership with the ability to influence without authority Ability to work independently while managing multiple projects simultaneously Creative thinking with a strong attention to detail Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook) Knowledge of Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics and other digital marketing platforms would be advantageous
