We are currently recruiting a Buyer to join our team and contribute to key projects in a dynamic and collaborative environment. This role is part of a global team working toward common goals. We operate as one company, across all locations, with shared responsibility and clear accountability.
Key Responsibilities:

Process purchase requisitions and purchase orders

Maintain supplier records and procurement documentation

Assist with RFQ processes, quotation comparisons, and vendor evaluation

Monitor deliveries, order status, and supplier queries

Ensure purchasing compliance with internal procedures
-
Assist with invoice reconciliation
-
Support vendor onboarding and documentation
-
Coordinate with engineering, operations, maintenance and corporate teams
-
Support warehouse and inventory management, including stock control
-
Assist with inventory setup where required
Education & Certifications:
-
High school diploma or equivalent (2-year BTech or relevant coursework preferred)
-
Knowledge of procurement principle.
-
NQF-credited certification in procurement, supply chain, or commercial administration is a plus
Experience & Technical Skills:
2–4 years in procurement or administrative support

Experience with ERP/purchasing software (SAP MM)

Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, and Teams)

Experience in a corporate, multinational environment

Experience in metals, energy, chemical, EPC, or similar technical sectors

Basic data entry and recordkeeping skills
