· Management of divisional reaction, control-room and Supervisory personnel and equipment in his area as per relevant legislation and company policy.
· Complying and enforcement with instructions and procedures as laid down by the management from time to time.
· Ensuring that all vehicles are covered per shift and contact the relevant manager in events of non-compliance. Ensure that all administrative functions which are required for the efficient and cost effective management of the operation is adhered to as per company guidelines.
· Ensuring that reaction force officers (RFO), reaction force supervisors (RFS) and control-room operators (CRO) and control-room supervsiors(CRS) is managed cost-effectively and to the advantage of the company’s image eg. Ensure notes are made for alarms with excessive signals, disciplinary actions against officers failing to adhere to the minimum standards and standard operating procedures of the company ect.
· Ensure that management information is available on-time.
· Ensure that the minimum standard as set out in the Standards and Objectives for each department are met.
· Ensure new clients for the area as per targets are gained.

Pay: R12 000,00 - R14 000,00 per month

- PSIRA Grade A (Required)
- Fire Arm Competency Certificate (Required)
- Minimum 3 year experience as RFM (Required)
