Our client, a boutique guesthouse, is looking for an individual with strong managerial skills, who can take charge and run the guesthouse alone when the owner is away.
Requirements

Matric or equivalent
-
2 – 3 years’ experience in a similar position

Exceptional front-of-house skills

Strong booking and admin skills
-
Fantastic time management skills
-
Fluent in MS Office, MS Word and MS Excel
-
Guest-focused with a service-oriented management style
-
Sound knowledge of Guest House Management

Excellent customer service
-
High level of telephone etiquette and an excellent all-rounder

Ability to work flexible hours

Professional and well groomed
Package

R12 000 – R15 000 (Dependant on experience)
