We are looking for a driven and experienced Sales Manager to build and lead a high-performing sales team specializing in Funeral Policy Consolidation products.
This role is ideal for a motivated leader who thrives in a performance-based environment and wants the opportunity to earn excellent commission with unlimited earning potential.
You will have the full support of the Branch Manager in building your team as well as support in all aspects of your role.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit, train, and manage a team of Financial Advisors.
- Lead the team in selling Funeral Policy Consolidation products.
- Drive sales performance and ensure targets are met and exceeded.
- Provide ongoing coaching, support, and performance management to advisors.
- Develop strategies to grow and maintain a strong client base.
Minimum Requirements
- RE5 qualification (essential)
- Minimum 3 years experience in financial services sales
- Proven sales management or leadership experience
- Valid driver’s license and own reliable vehicle
- Clear credit record
- Strong leadership, recruitment, and motivational skills
