Manage inventory operations by ensuring stock accuracy, maintaining effective inventory controls, and supporting operational and financial performance.

Oversee daily inventory operations and coordinate team activities

Monitor stock accuracy, investigate discrepancies, and resolve inventory variances

Coordinate cycle counts, quarterly stocktakes, and annual stocktakes

Process and authorise inventory adjustments, journals, and inventory records
-
Prepare inventory reports and monitor stock gains and losses

Collaborate with Sales, Warehouse, Finance, and other departments to resolve inventory-related issues

Maintain inventory controls, safeguard company assets, and identify process improvements

Support and develop the inventory team while promoting accuracy, accountability, and continuous improvement

Grade 12
-
3–5 years' experience in inventory control or stock management

Previous supervisory or team leadership experience

Experience with inventory systems, stock reconciliation, and inventory reporting

Relevant qualification in Supply Chain, Logistics, Inventory Management, or a related field will be advantageous
