Junior Front of House (FOH) Manager – Join the team at Tables at Nitida Restaurant!
Are you an energetic, customer-focused individual with experience in hospitality? We’re looking for a well-groomed and professional Junior FOH Manager to help manage front-of-house operations at Tables at Nitida Restaurant.
Requirements:

Minimum 1 year experience in a fast-paced environment

Strong customer service skills

Proficient in English (speak, read, and write)

Professional appearance and well-groomed

Own reliable transport

Ability to work weekends, public holidays, weekday shifts, overtime, evening functions, and Christmas lunch
Responsibilities:

Greet and seat guests, act as hostess, and assist on the floor

Handle phone calls, inquiries, reservations, and emails
-
Deliver exceptional customer service

Manage and supervise staff
-
Perform basic admin and reception duties
-
Basic social media management (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook)

Bar stock control and inventory management
-
