An established cleaning company is looking for experienced Regional Manager for the Gauteng Region to oversee the contracts and clients and to do sales/business development.
Key performance Indicators:

Regional managers are responsible for ensuring that staff maintain sites according to our laid down standards

Regional managers must be well organised in terms of managing payroll, admin and the clients expectations

Management of the clients expectation to the actual delivery of the service

Managing the consumables budget is key to good overall site management

Time management is essential to ensure that all sites are visited as agreed

Ability to adapt to changes in the economic cycle

Ability to grow sub-ordinates

Ensuring that staff are well trained

Ensuring sites are well equipped with consumables

Education/ Qualifications:
