About the Role
We are looking for a energetic, adaptable, and heart-led ECD All-Rounder to join our team! This is a unique, dynamic role ideal for a passionate caregiver or junior teacher who thrives on variety, loves young children, and is eager to grow within our school.
Your primary base will be in our Turning 2s classroom, where your main responsibilities will include dedicated caregiving (nappy changing, routine assistance, and keeping our toddlers happy and safe). However, as our school’s go-to floating assistant, you must be comfortable and confident stepping in to lead any classroom (from 2-year-olds up to Grade R) when a lead teacher is absent.
Growth Opportunity: We believe in promoting from within! When a permanent Lead Teacher position opens up in our school, our Floating All-Rounder will be the first in line for consideration.
Pay: From R5 000,00 per month
Experience:
- ECD teaching/assisting: 2 years (Preferred)
