Description
The Process Engineer will integrate new systems for manufacturing and quality control, support research and development efforts, and ensure that all enhancements align with Ecowize’s strategic objectives. By driving continuous improvements and leveraging technology, this position plays a crucial role in enhancing product quality, reducing costs, and improving overall operational effectiveness.
Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed mapping and develop strategies to optimize existing processes, focusing on efficiency, cost reduction, and sustainability.
- Evaluate and integrate new technological systems, ensuring functionality, efficiency, and scalability, while continuously optimizing current systems to meet business needs.
- Create and oversee training programs and maintain thorough documentation for all processes and systems in the business unit to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Implement Lean methodologies, develop metrics and KPIs, and use data analytics for continuous improvement and to enhance process efficiency and quality.
- Assist in operational tracking, perform cost analyses, and provide insights to support strategic decision-making and optimize unit performance.
- Offer technical expertise and advice to clients and team members, promoting a culture of knowledge exchange and continuous improvement.
- Lead the adoption of cutting-edge technologies and methodologies to stay ahead in the industry and enhance competitive advantage.
Requirements
- Degree in Chemistry / Chemical Engineering / Industrial Engineering
- 3-5 years experience in a similar role
- Computer literate with an advanced understanding of Microsoft Office and other relevant systems.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and strategically.
