Vexall is seeking a skilled and motivated Moodle Training & Development Co-Ordinator to join our team in Pretoria. The successful candidate will drive the design, development, coordination, and delivery of impactful technical training programs while supporting employee learning, onboarding, and continuous development initiatives.
This role requires a strong understanding of Learning Management Systems (LMS), technical training methodologies, and virtual learning platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify technical training needs and skills gaps across the business.
- Develop, maintain, and update training materials and learning content.
- Coordinate and support the delivery of technical training programs.
- Collaborate with Technical Leads, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), and managers to align training with business requirements.
- Support employee onboarding, continuous learning, and change management initiatives.
- Maintain training records, LMS data, and compliance documentation.
- Monitor and ensure training quality, effectiveness, and alignment with organizational standards.
Minimum RequirementsQualifications & Experience
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in technical training coordination, learning and development, or a similar role.
- Relevant qualification in:
- Training and Development
- Learning and Development
- Instructional Design
- Or a related field
Skills & Knowledge
- Strong understanding of technical systems, applications, and technologies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications.
- Experience using e-learning development tools.
- Knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS), particularly Moodle.
- Familiarity with virtual training platforms and online learning environments.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Strong organizational and administrative abilities.

Pay: From R5 000,00 per month
