The incumbent is responsible for conceptualizing, developing, and producing original, compelling programming that aligns with the channel’s editorial direction. This includes delivering high-quality, audience-specific content such as news packages, segments, specials, and breaking news coverage. The incumbent will proactively manage a broadcast team, collaborate with the newsroom and technical operations, oversee script editing, coordinate graphics production, and ensure a seamless, error-free broadcast that drives market share. Additionally, they will provide clear creative and editorial direction to the gallery, ensuring a distinctive on-air look, feel, and treatment while being accountable for audience engagement and ratings performance.
