As a Sales Intern, you will be involved in sales administration, merchandising, customer service, trade marketing, and market intelligence. Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Management, Consumer Science, Agricultural Economics, or Commerce No prior experience required; FMCG, retail, customer service, or merchandising experience advantageous Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Strong communication and interpersonal skills Valid driver’s licence Willingness to travel and conduct store visits
Assist with preparing sales reports, presentations, and customer data capture Support order management, forecasting, and stock reporting Conduct store visits with Sales Specialist; monitor product availability and shelf positioning Assist with merchandising, promotional displays, and in-store activations Build relationships with store managers and merchandisers; escalate customer concerns Gather market intelligence on competitor activities, pricing, and promotions Compile weekly store visit reports and assist with sales trend analysis Participate in sales training programmes and complete development projects
