SITE FOREMAN (ROOFING) – KYA SANDS – R20000 negotiable, depending on experience
We are seeking an experienced Site Foreman to oversee Roofing projects. The ideal candidate must have at least three years’ experience in roofing and be able to provide references to confirm their expertise.
Key responsibilities:

Oversee all aspects of roofing projects from start to finish.

Conduct site measurements and ensure accuracy in all project requirements.

Meet with clients to discuss project progress and address any concerns.

Manage and coordinate subcontractors to ensure timeliness and quality standards are met.

Ensure that all roofing work is completed to the highest standard and within the set deadlines.

Monitor and enforce safety protocols on site.
Requirements:

Minimum three years of experience in roofing.

Ability to provide valid references confirming work history and skill.

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

Valid driver’s license (Company vehicle provided)
