An excellent opportunity exists for a Receptionist at a small fast growing well-established Accounting firm. The firm is seeking to permanently employ Receptionist / Administrator to their team.
The firm operates within a large variety of industries, ranging from, accounting, tax administration and planning, business and transactional consulting, secretarial services, wills, estate planning and administration.
The appointee will be responsible for the performing of various Reception and Admin functions within the company.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the reception/front desk of the company
- Manage all telephonic switch board functions
- Liaise with clients (verbal & email)
- Filling
- Management and execution of daily/weekly/monthly admin tasks
- Ad-hoc office admin tasks as and when required
Skills, experience and attributes:
- Matric certificate
- A minimum of two years’ experience in a similar position
- Client facing business reception attitude and personality
- Excellent English and Afrikaans verbal and written communication skills
- Good administrative skills
- MS Office Computer skills - Outlook, Word and Excel
- Organized and efficient working style
- Professional can do attitude
Salary: R8k to R12k/month, dependent on experience.
