JOB TITLE: Sales Executive - New Business Development

REPORTING STRUCTURE:
You will report directly to the Chief Revenue Officer.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Sales (New Business Development) - (75%):
- Lead the direct sales process from lead qualification to contract signing and CRM management.
- Identify customer needs, recommend solutions, negotiate pricing, and close deals.
Prospecting – Lead Generation (25%)
- Utilize various channels to identify and qualify new prospects.
- Build and maintain an active sales pipeline.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Liaise with engineering and product development teams to communicate customer requirements effectively.
- Develop clear proposals, including sales quotes and ROI summaries, to address customer needs.
Sales Strategy and Representation:
- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to introduce new products and services and reach client targets.
- Represent the company at conferences, speaking engagements, and trade shows.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS: (*essential)
- 5+ years of experience in a similar role and industry*
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills*
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets*
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
