Who We're Looking For:
We are seeking driven, motivated, and results-oriented Debt Consultants to join our team at National Debt Consultants. As a Debt Consultant, you will play a vital role in helping clients navigate their financial challenges by offering personalized debt management solutions. The ideal candidate will be self-disciplined, target-driven, and capable of working independently to achieve sales goals while providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with clients to understand their financial situation and offer customized debt management solutions.
- Explain the various options available for managing and resolving debts, ensuring clarity and confidence.
- Meet weekly sales targets of R15,000 and consistently achieve additional bonuses and commissions.
- Build strong relationships with clients by providing tailored advice and ongoing support.
- Work towards achieving personal and team goals, with a focus on both sales performance and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure all client information is accurately recorded and kept confidential within company systems.
- Continuously improve product knowledge and sales techniques to better assist clients and drive performance.
Key Requirements:
- At least 6 months of experience in a sales or customer service role (preferred).
- Experience with cold calling or telesales is a plus.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex financial concepts in simple terms.
- Target-driven with a strong desire to exceed sales goals and earn commissions.
- Highly motivated and results-oriented, able to work independently and in a team environment.
- Must be organized and detail-oriented.
- Compassionate, patient, and empathetic demeanor when interacting with clients.
- Multilingual abilities are an advantage.
Compensation:
- Basic Salary: R4,500 per month
- Attendance Bonus: R500 per month
- Weekly Sales Target: R15,000 with an additional R500 bonus for meeting the target.
- Commission:
- 8% on sales between R10,000 to R50,000.
- 10% on sales exceeding R60,000.
