Job Description:
As the Sales and Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing
strategic marketing plans and sales initiatives to generate leads and increase sales across all
our service areas. You will work closely with our team to ensure that our marketing and sales
efforts align with our business goals and drive growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement lead generation strategies to attract potential clients.
Manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Google
Ads).
Set up and optimize marketing funnels to convert leads.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute sales strategies.
Analyze lead generation metrics and adjust strategies as needed.
Conduct virtual training sessions for staff on sales techniques and marketing tools.
Provide ongoing support and training to the sales team to improve performance.
Track and report on the effectiveness of lead generation and sales efforts.
Expand business development efforts for our software development services.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in a similar industry.
Strong understanding of digital marketing and lead generation techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
Experience with CRM software and marketing automation tools.
Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
