Responsible for providing support in the various human resource functions, which include recruitment, payroll, employment contracts, health and safety, administration, employment equity, disciplinaries and reporting, not limited to.
Job description:
- Keep accurate and complete labour information.
- Assist in overseeing entire administration of employee's life cycle
- Manage HR filing and other employee records.
- Assist in establishing EE/Skills development committee and compilation of EE
- Maintain up-to-date information on people movement
- Submission of weekly and monthly reports; timeous submission of payroll inputs.
- Recruitment and probation management
- KPI process and performance management - Monitor process
- Collation of reports
- Disciplinary hearings: Observation of proceedings, formulating of charges, ensuring consistency
- Any other assigned responsibilities related to the above
- Always present a professional and favorable image of the company.
Experience:
Essential: Matric
Minimum of a National Diploma in Human Resources Management/ Labour Relations
Human Resources Degree will be an advantage
