Telesales Call Centre Sales Agent
Location: Durban City, KwaZulu-Natal
Salary: R5 000 – R7 000 Basic (dependent on experience) + Incentives
About the Role
An established financial services call centre in Durban City is looking for energetic and sales-driven Telesales Call Centre Sales Agents to join their growing team.
The role focuses on contacting consumers who may be struggling with debt, educating them on the debt review process and converting qualified leads into signed clients. This is a high-activity, target-based environment suited to confident communicators who enjoy selling over the phone.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Contact and engage with potential clients telephonically
- Explain debt review services and benefits clearly
- Qualify leads and conduct affordability discussions
- Convert leads into applications and obtain required documentation
- Follow up with clients and maintain strong relationships
- Accurately capture client details on the system
- Meet daily, weekly and monthly sales targets
Desired Experience & Qualification
- Grade 12 (Matric)
- Previous telesales / outbound call centre sales experience (essential)
- Debt review industry experience (highly advantageous)
- Strong English communication skills
- Computer literacy
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
Package & Remuneration
- Basic salary: R5 000 – R7 000 (dependent on experience)

- Monday to Friday
- Shift-based schedule
