Senior Graphic Designer (Hybrid | 12-Month Contract)

Working Arrangement: Ideally part-time (3–4 days per week), however full-time candidates (5 days per week) will also be considered.
Salary: R25,000 – R40,000 per month before deductions (depending on experience)
MMA Recruitment is supporting Resilience Health Care Ireland in the search for an experienced and highly creative Senior Graphic Designer to join their team on a 12-month contract basis.
This is an exciting opportunity for a talented designer to take ownership of the brand’s visual identity and lead the creation of high-impact creative assets across digital and print platforms. The successful candidate will work closely with the Digital Marketing Manager and play a key role in shaping the organisation’s visual communication strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and evolution of the brand’s visual identity and style guidelines
- Create engaging visual content for digital and print campaigns
- Design and produce motion graphics and video content
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials
- Manage multiple design projects from concept through to final production
- Translate business objectives into compelling visual storytelling
- Maintain and organise creative assets and project files
Requirements
- 3+ years’ experience in a senior graphic design role
- Strong portfolio demonstrating creative design, motion graphics, and video editing work
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including:
- Photoshop
- Illustrator
- InDesign
- After Effects
- Premiere Pro
- Experience managing the full design lifecycle from concept to delivery
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Relevant qualification in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field preferred
Advantageous
- Exposure to the healthcare, social care, day care, or nursing sectors
- Experience with print production and managing artwork for print-ready specifications
