Hybrid/Remote - My client, a well-established company has a vacancy for a Chief Financial Officer with at least 5 years commercial experience to join their dynamic team at their Stellenbosch offices. The successful candidate will report directly to the CEO.

The core responsibility of this role involves managing the finance operations within the organization. Additionally, as part of the senior leadership team, the successful candidate will contribute to the development, refinement, and implementation of company’s strategic goals
Requirements:
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (required)
- At least 5 years commercial experience
- Excellent computer skills (Advanced Excel skills will be an advantage)
- Highly detail orientated and organized
- Ability to demonstrate flexibility with changing priorities
- Team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Analytical
- Work well under pressure
- Good problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills
Responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Manage the finance department
- Accounting responsibilities (all group companies)
- Tax planning
- Financial reporting
- Cash flow forecasts and management
- Financial modelling/forecasts
- Debtor book analyses, reporting and oversight
- Compliance oversight
- HR oversight
