Consultant – Growth & Innovation
Introduction
As a consultant, you will be joining Accenture’s Growth and Innovation team where you will work side-by-side with management and the C-Suite at some of our biggest clients across multiple industries to
- Identify and shape new growth opportunities to enhance existing and generate new revenue streams

Design and launch new businesses, products, services, and experiences that capture the business opportunities
- Form new and scale existing go-to-market partnerships to sell co-owned assets to a global network of clients
Your responsibilities will be to:

Be a ‘corporate entrepreneur’ that leads projects, workstreams, and teams

Leading the launch of new businesses, products, services, and experiences, coordinating resources across Growth & Innovation, Applied Intelligence, Industry Specialists, Technology, Design, and other parts of Accenture

Understand how clients generate value by analysing data and engaging with client stakeholders and end customers, across multiple industries

Work with business and service designers to conceptualize, design, build, launch, and scale businesses, products, services, and experiences that grow revenue for clients
- Co-create and holistically design the solutions, connecting the front-end proposition to the back-end enablement

Define the value drivers and quantify the value for the client, end customers, and broader society through these opportunities or new products, services, and experiences
- Develop financial and economic models to size markets, opportunities, and the impact of interventions

Engage with senior client stakeholders on growth topics in a clear and understandable manner

Structure traditional consulting commercial constructs and shape new innovative commercial deals and partnerships

Assist in growing the business and team, through sales, team development, and recruiting efforts

Help build and nurture a culture of value and entrepreneurship within the Growth & Innovation team and broader Accenture consulting networks
