My Client in the Pharmeceutical Industry are seeking a skilled and meticulous Quality Management Internal Auditor to join their team.
The ideal candidate will have completed a his/her three years’ articles and possess a strong understanding of quality management systems and auditing principles. As a Quality Management Internal Auditor, you will be responsible for evaluating and improving the effectiveness of our quality management processes and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct internal audits of quality management systems to assess compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of quality control processes and procedures and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop audit plans and schedules based on risk assessments and organizational priorities.
- Prepare audit reports detailing findings, observations, and recommendations for corrective actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement corrective and preventive actions to address identified nonconformities.
- Provide guidance and support to departments in implementing quality management best practices.
- Stay informed about changes in quality management standards, regulations, and best practices.
Requirements:
- B. Commerce Degree / CA (SA) – required.
- Three years’ articles completed – required.
- One-year post-articles experience – preferred.
- Proven experience in conducting internal audits within a quality management framework.
- Strong understanding of quality management principles, standards (e.g., ISO 9001), and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Proficiency in audit management software and Microsoft Office applications.
