Role Focus
- Primary responsibility to source,onboard, and activate new brokerages
- Drive early-stage production and pipeline development
- Ensure new brokerages are operational and submitting business within a defined timeframe
Key Requirements
- Proven experience in broker consulting/ intermediary support within insurance
- Strong understanding of broker onboarding processes and compliance requirements
- Demonstrated ability to open and grow new distribution channels
- Existing industry relationships /
network will be advantageous
- Strong sales, relationship management, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and drive results in a target-driven environment

- Insurance -related qualifications will be advantageous for this role Minimum Criteria
- Own reliable vehicle (non-negotiable)
- Valid driver's license
- Willingness to travel extensively
- Minimum 3—5 years' experience in a similar role
- Proven track record of onboarding and activating brokerages
Performance Expectations
- Monthly onboarding targets (new brokerages)
- Defined activation timelines
- (e.g. first submission within 30—60 days)
- Contribution to overall production targets
- Ongoing engagement and support to ensure sustainability of new business

Pay: R7 461,93 - R20 000,00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Boksburg, Gauteng 1461: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Education:
- High School (matric) (Preferred)
Experience:
- Broker Consulting : 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- Regulatory Exam RE5 (Preferred)
