Grade 12
Valid driver’s license (Code C / Code 14)
Valid Crane Driver’s License
SKILLS REQUIREMENTS
2 Years experience as a crane driver
Experience in heavy industry, gained preferably in a furnace smelting operation
Good communication skills
JOB OBJECTIVES
In this role you will be reporting to the Fabrication Coordinator for the following:
Effective and efficient operation of the Rough Terrain Mobile Crane to lift heavy objects
Perform machine inspections and complete the pre-start checklist to ensure safe operation.
Carry out work related instructions from Coordinator
Compliance with HSEC procedures
Overtime will be worked when required
Perform standby duties
