The Paid Search Specialist is responsible for devising, planning, and executing impactful PPC campaigns across platforms such as Google, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Ads. They will work on a diverse range of campaign types including Performance Max, Google Lead Forms, and LinkedIn Lead Gen, with a primary focus on exceeding client KPIs and goals related to lead generation. This role is a full time role and offers hybrid work flexibility, with the expectation of attending in-office meetings in Westville once a week. It is a requirement to have access to a stable internet connection and your own laptop to effectively fulfill the responsibilities of this role.
Core Responsibilities:

Manage client accounts on a daily basis using Google's suite of online and desktop tools.

Utilise Google platforms such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Google Looker Studio.

Manage campaigns across LinkedIn Ads and Microsoft Ads platforms.

Support the creation, upkeep, and monitoring of ads, keywords, search terms, audiences, and bid strategies to achieve client’s objectives.

Offer recommendations and implement strategies for keyword opportunities, campaign structure, targeting, and other elements of paid media to generate high-quality leads for clients.

Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends to integrate effectively into our accounts.

Generate monthly client reports using Google Looker Studio and delivering comprehensive analysis of campaign performance.

Communicate account performance, trends, and areas of opportunity effectively to clients and Key Account Managers.

Collaborate within a dynamic team environment and coordinate with other key departments within the organisation.
Requirements

Gr.12/School leaving certificate is a minimum requirement

1 year Paid Search experience is a minimum requirement

Marketing Certificate, Diploma/Degree is advantageous.

Proficiency in website analysis using various online tools is beneficial.

Experience with Meta and Google is advantageous.

Social Media PPC/Content Management experience is a bonus.

Knowledge of SEO is a bonus.

Completion of Google Search certification is required within the probation period.

Demonstrated enthusiasm for digital marketing, particularly in Search Engine Marketing (SEM).
