Role
Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Sales Consultant to join our growing
team. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving business
development, building client relationships, and promoting our recruitment
services.
Key
Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new business opportunities
with potential clients.

Build and maintain strong client relationships
through professional communication and follow‑up.
·
Present and promote Virtual Partners recruitment.
·
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales
targets.
·
Collaborate with the recruitment team to align
client needs with candidate placements.
·
Prepare proposals, quotations, and contracts in
line with company standards.
Requirements
·
Proven experience in sales, business
development, or client acquisition (preferably in HR, recruitment, or training
services).
·
Strong communication, negotiation, and
presentation skills.
·
Ability to work independently and as part of a
team.
·
Target‑driven with a proactive approach to
achieving results.
·
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
